Believe what a man DOES -not what he SAYS

Hi everyone, I know it's been forever.
I've been working like a demon to get a new biz going and have neglected even my own fam.
But thank God it's at the point I can put someone else at the helm and concentrate on my favorite things again....

The reason I had to profile this story is because I simply could not believe anyone could really be this naive and gullible in this day and age! What is the world are girls learning at home these days? I can't imagine what this woman was thinking letting a man USE her like this! And make no mistake about it that is exactly what he was doing. He knew he had no intentions of marrying this woman, yet he left her dangling on a string for years! This is what I want to get across to some of you more trusting (usually younger) women. Even seemingly nice men will do you wrong all day long if you ALLOW it. 

This is why Evia is constantly telling women not to engage in magical thinking because you will be the fool left out in the cold in the long run. Now this woman after 40 years of love and devotion is forced to sleep on her child's sofa! He simply stopped paying the house bills, and walked away. 
She has no job, no business, no means of support, no nothing. And even as the world tisks tisks about how wrong he is (And of course he is wrong). How many ppl do you honestly think are reaching out to help her? My guess is probably just her children. I doubt her parents are living (she's 60) and her siblings probably think her a fool (which by the way she is-but he was a complete jerk).

Roscoe Orman, who played the kind and nurturing “dad” Gordon Robinson, is accused of leaving his ex-wife, Sharon Orman, “destitute” after 40 years of marriage.
“I want people to know he’s been living a double life,” Sharon told The NY Post’s Page Six. “I gave up my career to raise the kids and never cheated on him. I am the one who made him a ‘Sesame Street’ dad. This is what I get after 40 years? You can leave me now?”
The Ormans, who have 4 grown children, never legally married.

Unfortunately for Ms Orman (who actually changed her name to fool ppl into thinking she was married) NJ is NOT a community property state. Most likely this woman will end of with nothing. All of the children are grown, so no child support. They never legally married, so no spousal support, and everything was in HIS name. She is totally screwed. Ladies when you allow a man to walk all over you, you would be shocked at how long he will continue to walk all over you. Marriage is NOT JUST A PIECE OF PAPER! As this woman has now found out. And if it was just a piece of paper and nothing else, then why in 40 years did he not go with her to the justice of the peace and get that piece of paper? Because he knew it was much more than that, this is further confirmed by the fact that he quickly married Ms Lemarque (picture inset). All of the money and accounts were in HIS name. She cannot even go to the bank and withdraw living expenses. She is totally dependent on the kindness of others now. And others tend to be very unkind when you are desperate...



Let this be a lesson to you ladies, YOU CANNOT afford to bury your pretty little heads in the sand and play stupid. No one is going to have your back if you don't. The fact that this seemingly sweet kind man could do this to this gullible older woman begs the question; what do you think the average man will do? You MUST have your own, and you MUST protect your own interests. If a man refuses to marry you-there is a reason-duh! And the reason usually is -he is waiting for a better version to come along, or he is just not into you enough to make you the Mrs. But he will NEVER tell you this. He will hem and haw and lie through his teeth to keep you in place. Remember I told yall about how even the nicest guy will use you as a place holder IF you allow it. Never spend inordinate amounts of time or energy on men who are obviously using you. I cannot for one second understand how such a mature woman could fall for such nonsense-but I hope she serves as a viable example to all the silly girls out there believing  "It's just a piece of paper!"....

Taking poison in small doses!

As I've said before, many  bw lead lives of pain and quiet desperation because they are being fed small doses of poison daily. When a bm bus driver is applauded and showered with commendation from the bc for punching a woman so hard he could have killed her, that is shot of poison directed at ALL bw.  When a world renowned R&B singer can molest a little blk 12 yr old on tape and not only escape jail, but have the whole community turn on the poor child (and see her as an overly grown slut-who seduced him!) That's poison directed at bw.
When a beautiful young bg college student refuses the advances of a ne-er-to-to-well loser with nothing to offer her, and is subsequently murdered because she refused him, that's poison being shoved down bw throats. To make this senseless crime even worse, many bm, on the poisonous board this cowardly bm frequented, not only encouraged him to( kill the b*%ch), but celebrated when he actually did!!!
When  nearly 80% of blk babies are born out of wedlock, yet somehow a bw is expected to raise healthy happy productive children all by herself, and if she ever falters and needs to OMG!-WELFARE!  she is considered a dreg,and slug on the system. Now I am not making excuses for women who become unwed mothers and then cry foul. Because I truly believe if you CHOOSE to have a baby without a mate, In most cases, you are asking for trouble. Emotional trouble,- as you will be your child's only parent. Financial trouble as many bm DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN-and you will -in most cases have to be the sole provider. You will also most likely have physical trouble. Trying to raise your child, taking him places, helping with projects etc. And let us not forget discipline- (try handling a 14 yr old kid once he grows taller than you! Having babies out of wedlock is a bad idea all around. This is why other cultures actively discourage their daughters from doing it-even to the point of making them feel repulsive shame. Only dysfunctional bp would encourage such stupidity. The cost to the mother and left behind children is just too high, and may cost greatly for years of time....  But as I said this IS a form of poison because bm are not expected to marry the mothers of their children (unlike their white counterparts) It is seen as perfectly ok for him to abandon innocent children and a desperate mother. She is told she is a strong bw, and encouraged to be exactly that, even to the point of mental collapse. She is also constantly encouraged/coaxed to give, give, give- to the point where she may have nothing left, but is still encouraged to keep on giving! You can see this dynamic played out in the blk church. Where bw often do 95% of the work, yet it is the MEN who reap the rewards and benefits from their arduous efforts.
For instance I have a friend whose mother resides in a very blk enclave, and refuses to leave. Ms Helen is retired and is on SS, yet works almost continually at the church. One month her mother ran short on cash due to taking things to the church, cooking, cleaning and doing many other things for them. She used up all her money on gas, and provisions for them. Anyway my friend pleaded with her to take it easy and not go running to the church whenever they called. She then gave her broke mother 100.00 for food to hold her off until her ss money came in. Ms Helen planned to buy food that next day,  but the next day at church the First Lady informed them that the Pastor's anniversary was the next wk, and anyone who was a real member of this church would give at least 75.00 so that they could make him a money tree. Now keep in mind the Pastor of her church drives a BENTLEY! She has a 13 yr old station wagon that uses so much gas, the  local gas stations all know her by name. When she hesitated, and told them that her daughter had only given her 100 dollars, and that she needed it for food, and gas. She was immediately berated and told to think about her salvation and GIVE TO GOD'S CHURCH! Not only did they take 75 of her 100 but they the nerve to tell her they needed her to bring the cake next week, knowing she now had no money to buy the ingredients as the remaining 25 had to go into the tank!
Yet many bw are used in this manner EVERYDAY. Esp. older bw who are known to have great cooking skills, or other needed attributes they can be used for. Younger bw often face daily challenges strong enough to stop a heart. Many are sexually, or physically harassed, derided because of skin color, under constant attack whenever they leave their homes, or even in their homes at the hands of bm who claim to love them, or even bm who are total strangers to them but expect things from them. I remember traveling through the state of NY last year.  I passed two beggars on the highway. One was wg in his early 20s and other was a bg in his 50s.  Anyway the wg had a sign about wking for food. I felt bad for him, he seemed so lost, so I decided to give him 5.00. I waved him over, and gave him the money, which he seemed very grateful for. The bg had a sign about him being homeless and plz GIVE him money, (no mention of him being willing to work) but because I had already given the wm money, I felt a little guilty not giving anything to him. So I waved him over too, intending to give him 5 as well. But as he drew near  my car, it became obvious that he was furious. He started screaming at me about  how dare I give money to the Man, When I could see HE needed help! He went on to tell me that, that's why M&@her  F$%kers are busting bw's skulls because we are soooo  damn stupid, and greedy! Keep in mind now that this was MY MONEY! But I was greedy not to share with him whatever he needed!  I sped off without giving him anything as he stood there continuing to scream.. For a total stranger to EXPECT you to owe him ANYTHING is sheer lunacy, and poison. Because bw are given this msg so often, many actually begin to believe it and really think they owe allegiance, or help to random bm who spit vitriol at them on a regular basis.
The sad truth is that many bw are exposed to small doses of poison daily, yet are expected to function at full par.

The following depiction is made up but mirrors the lives of many average bw. See if you can count how many doses of poison are fed to this young woman in one day 


Picture a young mom. she struggles to get her child off to a daycare she can barely afford, then jumps on a crowded bus to work. We will call her Darlene for illustration... Keep in mind before you discount this story as too far fetched to ever be true. Many bw absolutely live like this everyday.....Watch how at one point this disillusioned  young woman even blames herself!

The bus was hot and smelly as Darlene made her way to the back. Several young black  teenagers, mostly male hung off the seat like lions in an open cage. Her mouth went dry, but she forced a smile and continued to make her way between men who refused to move their knees to allow her to pass.  When she got to the back she saw that the only unoccupied seats were covered with bags and no one seemed to notice(or care) that she desperately wanted to sit down. Darlene grabbed a pole as the bus shifted loudly and swung back into gear. She was having a lot of trouble holding onto her bag, newspaper, and reports she had promised her boss, but she clung on ferociously. 'After all, I'm a bw!' she told herself. 'I can handle it' She was so engrossed in her inner dialogue she failed to notice the two young males sitting directly behind her. One of them had a empty seat next to the window, but he'd covered it in a large bag so that it was almost impossible to access. " Big ass-nappy headed  B%*ch!" He spat. His buddy almost choked with laughter.  His malicious eyes caught Darlene's hurt ones. His smiled sadistically. "Well they aint got the purty w a t e  skin, but they IS good f'sumptim"  He sneered as he grabbed his private parts. "You right Dayquan! the other laughed. "They is good f' dat!"  
Darlene hung her head in sadness and shame, although she couldn't put her finger on exactly what she was ashamed of.  She tugged at the neckline of her medical assist. uniform. 'maybe my blouse is too exposed she thought hurriedly. There was no cleavage showing but she tugged anyway. ' What have I done to make them automactically think me a slut! she wondered morosely. She looked down at her dark pants that had to be bought in a larger size last time she had gone shopping.'  I have actually gained some weight,' she thought regretfully. 'If only I had stuck to my diet!' She cursed herself for not losing the extra 15 lbs she had been carrying for months. A sharp pain interrupted her reverie. Another man had come up behind her and stuck a sharp pencil point into her backside. 
Darlene jumped, and turned on him angrily. 'Leave me the hell alone!'  She shrieked.  She had expected to see a child, but instead a grown man stood before her -dark and menacing.
 "jest wanned t'see if dat azz was real" He smiled coldly. He stared at her with pure hatred in his eyes so strong-she felt like running. Pple near began to giggle, but it was anything but funny to Darlene.  "Get away from me!" She shrieked again.

"What's goin on back there!" The bus driver barked. He was a middle aged wm with graying blond hair and deep green eyes. Right now his green eyes were riveted on Darlene-waiting for her answer
All three locked eyes on Darlene, but there was no fear between them. more like defiance-as if they were daring her to tell. A young girl sitting to her left turned and shook her head at Darlene. She knew what she meant. 'don't tell on a bm cause we bp gotta stick together and not give the wm any reason to lock our brothers up. ' she'd heard this so often, she could write it in her sleep. 'But how come the so called 'good bm' never help us?' she wondered.
Darlene signed miserably and shook her head at the driver. He reluctantly took the bus out of park and resumed the trip. Once they realized they had gotten away with it, the 3 men returned to their victim and began to turn the insults up, which in turn became more vicious. Darlene turned for help to the people sitting around her, but they all turned their heads, many of the females regarded her sadly, but dare not intervene, lest they become the new target. Some of the larger bm practically yawned in her face, that is the ones who weren't laughing. The hatred and tension were so high, Darlene felt physically ill. At the next stop I'm getting off even if I'm late to work!'  she vowed. But as the bus pulled into a stop a pretty white girl in blue shorts got on. Darlene tried to move to the exit but the 3 animals were surrounding her, laughing as the tears began to leek from her eyes. They shoved her so hard, she hit her back on the pole. 
Suddenly the atmosphere changed. The wg moved to the back and the men instantly forgot about Darlene. They broke their necks offering the girl a seat, smiling at her, and making a show of cleaning the seat off for her. Someone again pushed Darlene so hard all the items in her arms crashed to the floor.  She fell to her knees. 'She HAD to have this work on her boss's desk, clean and ready to go.
The wg flipped her hair and looked haughtily down at Darlene as she picked one of the seats offered to her. It was next to the guy who had stuck her in the butt with a sharpened pencil, and looked at her so evilly she almost died. But now he was on his best behavior smiling and being ultra attentive to the girl next to him.  
Dayquan turned in his seat and stared enviously at the girl. "I almost took that seat" He murmured wistfully  "Ha ha too bad n%gga!"  the pen poker laughed. All 3 young men seemed to have forgotten about Darlene, and she was sooooo glad. They formed almost a worshiping circle around the girl, and showered her with compliments. "She was soooo beautiful, She was a queen... She must be a model etc" The girl laughed and flung her blond hair like a young Farrah Faucette. 

The next stop was Darlene's and she wasted on time fleeing the bus.... As she arrived in to work, Mrs Brewsky, an older ww who loved to wield authority  glanced sharply at her appearance. She had bus dirt on her uniform (which must stay spotlessly clean) tear streaks ruining her perfect makeup, and a large dirty footprint on her pant leg courtesy of the jerks on the bus. But even though she could plainly see she had been crying, Mrs B's cold eyes raked over her. "Darlene this will not work!" She snapped. "You simply cannot greet our patients looking like!"  "But Mrs Bren-!"  "No buts!"  Mrs B cut her off.  "Go see if Nia has an extra uniform in the back closet, If you does not -you may catch a bus back home right now!" Darlene trudged off trying to fight the tears and humiliation that tore at her soul.  "What sa matter? " Terrance the janitor quipped. "Was you gitten too busy to wash n iron yo clothes?" He scowled at her, and smiled meanly, showing a mouthful of  multi-colored, chipped teeth. "Now see if you was to let me sleep ova, Ida made sho you was up n off on t-- a-y-- m-- e!"  Darlene had to swallow the bile that rose in her throat  Terrace was pushing 60, chased every woman in sight, and only washed on special occasions. She tried to dart around him, but one of his groping hands found her left breast and squeezed it so hard, Darlene screamed. Then she sunk to the floor, and cried like a baby. Terrance hissed for her to shut up roughly. Then he began to tell her all the horrible things he would do to her if she got him fired, but Darlene was beyond caring. She was so tired of the guilt, shame, and pain inflicted on her daily just because she was a black woman. Suddenly the scream she had been carrying for years came out in a torrent of tears. "Al ight B%&ch!, Terrance held up his arms as if fending off an invisible foe. "I sees you da type tryda git a good bm fired-but let me tel ya. Iffn I gits fired my sistas is going com down h-e-a-h-and kick a hole n ya stupid azz!"  Then her best friend Rosita was there. She tried to pull Darlene off the floor before management caught her. Rosy looked sympathetic, but Darlene knew she could never really understand what she went through almost daily. She was Hispanic, and Hispanic men did not hate and disrespect their women the way AA men did. She felt so tired and worn out, but she had no one to turn to. If she complained, she was weak, if she took it until she went insane, she'd be a crazy b who couldn't handle a lit bit a stress-if she quit her kids would starve!  Dear God, what do I do!  She wondered. Suddenly Dr Mills was there. He was a tall wm who resembled Charlton Heston in his younger days. He pulled Darlene easily to her feet, and leaned in close. "If you need someone to talk to, I've been told I have a great listening ear" He smiled. Darlene nodded, slowly. More than anything she needed to talk!....

CONGRATULATIONS MR PRESIDENT!!!

Well Mr President once again you have proven your ability to persevere regardless of the obstacles, unfair criticisms, and dirty tactics that have been  profusely used against you. Your spirit is undaunted because you know your cause is just. Even when they tried to blame you for policies put in play long before you acquired office, you have remained steadfast and resolved to bring about betterment, and never capitulated to despair. To say that we are proud of you is a gross understatement, but it is the best that we can do.....
May the lord guide your hand, and keep you,and your beautiful family safe Mr President, and may you someday be recognized for ALL of your amazing achievements/accolades..... 

What if she had been white!

check You Tube, type in bus driver gives upper cut to attacking female...

Not to beat a dead horse, but I had to address this news that has been making it's way around the "net". Halima did a great post on this, but I still wanted to add my two cents. I just wonder what would have been the ramifications, and reactions to this mans actions, had this woman been white.


By now, I'm sure you have all heard about the bus driver giving a vicious uppercut to the unruly woman on the bus. Apparently (according to her ) he thought she was riding without money to pay her fare, and took exception to this. They became embroiled in a verbal exchange that grew into a heated altercation with both sides being completely profane and inappropriate. After he insulted her looks, she is seen in the video to move toward him. It's unclear if she shoved him or slapped him but if it was a hit/slap etc. it was over in seconds and obviously did not hurt him. But was it did do was give him an excuse to let the animal out. What is extremely clear in this video is his innate, festering hatred for bw. He slams on the  bus breaks, barks out "uh oh!" and disembarks from his seat. Anyone who has spent any time in the bc, knows that 'uh oh'  literally means "Now I got to kick your *ss!" He said she was going to jail, and calling the police in my opinion would have been completely rational and prudent, as I found her behavior to be inappropriate, and possibly dangerous to her fellow passengers, but his behavior was downright savage. But as he approaches, and towers over her, it's quite apparent that he has no intention of calling the police. The ppl on the bus, (mostly blk) are laughing and enjoying the show. Even the man standing in front who appears to be a safety monitor of some sort, does not intervene, and laughs with everyone else, oblivious to the escalating situation.
As the driver approaches her, he's seems to project a hatred that seems to have a venomous mind of it's own, He gives her an uppercut fierce enough to break bones. He then picks her up, and bodily throws her off the bus, like a bag of trash.

The ppl who had previously been laughing at this exchange are suddenly alarmed, and one girl yells out, ".......That's a female!!" To which he responds that he does not care, and that if she wanted to act like a man, he would treat her like one. Of course many bm jumped in to cosign. Many even added that she had gotten off easy. And then went on to describe all the ways they would like to make her pay! Some even thought he would have been justified in killing her!!!  This is the type of mentality many young bw are up against these days! One bm blogger even went to far as to say bw acted like retarded children-and should be avoided by any man with sense. That the b@!*#  deserved it and more, and that he was going to take up a collection for the poor man who had been fired, and lost his retirement/pension. Now ask yourself WHO was asking to make donations to this man's retirement???
I'll tell you. Black Women! After a slew of insults he had to nerve to expect bw to donate money to a man who had boldly assaulted a  bw, and then proudly gave interviews about his vicious assault!
I've looked this topic up on YouTube, and it seems the consensus is that she deserved to be punched out like a man. His company apparently did not agree. He was initially suspended, but after the case was researched, he was fired and subsequently lost his retirement. I think it was well deserved. Although I was quite disturbed by her behavior, (the profanity, disrespecting her elders, etc) I don't think it ever justifies beating a woman down like an animal.

But my main question is; what if this woman had been white. I think if she had been first of all, all the ppl laughing on the bus, IMO. would have stopped it long before he ever had the 'thought' of hitting a ww! I think the monitor would have come to life and guided her to a seat. Then he would have slid back and whispered a warning to the driver about arguing with ww. I think when he called her ugly. the crowd would have been shocked, instead of amused (I'm convinced many bp think white skin possessed it's own form of beauty, and has only varying forms of attractiveness, but never ugly. I think if he had made a move to hit a ww several ppl would have dived in front of her, and many more would have tackled the driver to the ground. But as I stated I don't believe it would have been allowed to get this far because the minute he began to exchange insults with a ww, several bm would have jumped in on her behalf, and begun to argue with him. Someone would have paid the fare, if she did not have it, and he would have have been told to stop harassing her. And I don't think he would have merely lost his job. Had she been white, I honestly believe he would have gone to jail, AFTER the police showed him what they do to big blk men who pick on little ww. Once it hit YouTube, ppl would have been outraged! No one (or very few) would be screaming that she deserved it, he should have killed her, or anything like that. No one would call for him to get his job back, or call for donations for him (as several bm groups are currently doing for him now). He would have been ostracized, and even after serving his time, treated as a social pariah....What do you think?......

How the rich get richer- and how you can too!

Hello Ladies (and Gents)
I know I've been gone a few weeks. I suspect you all know why, but I'm ok and life must go on......

I think the one thing lower income ppl never seem to realize is that success always leaves clues. It's really rather amazing to me that every town has a library and yet ppl continue to walk around ignorant of how to improve their circumstances!! That's absolutely incredible! Did you know that in Africa young girls dodge bullets to get to school! So intent are they on getting an education that they are willing to risk death! How many blacks in America would be willing to do the same? They will give up FOOD down there to pay for the privilege of schooling! Remember Food is more precious than gold down there. Yet education is something we can get completely for free down here and yet we have kids (esp. males) dropping out like flies!

Did you know that immigrants who come here are 20x more likes to become millionaires than the ppl born and bred right here! Why? Because sometimes you just can't see the forest for the trees.
Many Americans are so inundated in opportunity that they simply can longer recognize it.
All I'm talking about is a little shift in perception. If you were to decide to take a notebook and jot down 10 money making opportunities around your town, do you know you would actually have to force yourself to STOP at 10! Opportunity is everywhere and yet you have so many ppl broke and afraid! Stop and think for a moment if you knew that you could create a money making business anywhere in the world would you be worried about your little job, or would you be free to live life any way, and anywhere you wanted? I AM going to give you ladies some wealth tips because I strongly believe that
' if your money ain't right ain't nothin right in your life' but I want you all to have a more solid foundation and know the main difference between the rich and poor. And it's amazingly easy to understand. Besides having a prosperity consciousness -later...... the main difference is.............

The rich buy Assets and the poor buy liabilities!!! 

I want you all to think about MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice. Back in the day they both became big, if not faddish- rap stars. The record company seemed to promote them in the same way. When VI first came out he was mega hot and dressed stylishly in a multitude of black outfits. We were swooning over him, he was soooo handsome! MC H. was such a great dancer and performer, it was pure excitement to watch him, but along the way, the record company seemed determined to move them both onto the path of extremely bad marketing, and clownism. They both began to wear the most garish outfits, with pants that resembled something from a circus, and they both began to lose their audience, and suffered career disintegration. However, the striking difference between them is what happened then. Mc H had purchased a 10 million dollar mansion that he was now having trouble paying for and keeping up. He signed up with Death Row, and tried to go hard core to enable him to continue to make the kind of money he had become accustomed to. VI on the other hand seeing his music career waning used much of his unspent money to purchase investment properties. As the money from the music career came to a halt (Mc H- hardcore attempt was a fail from day one) both rappers were depressed and disillusioned. However, one was depressed comfortably in a mansion, and one was depressed on a relative's couch! Make no mistake about it. VI had purchased a mansion too just as MC H had. but he had bought a MODEST one that was more than supported by the income property he owned, and income was NOT a concern. He has stated many times that he is very rich, and never needs to work again!  MC H on the other hand had spent millions on parties, friends, houses, cars etc. When the tide turned, he was virtually penniless, and destitute. He was forced to make low budget commercials to survive!  This is a great example of rich and poor mindsets. MC H was thinking like a poor man even when he was making millions! This is why he was buying everything in sight trying to impress ppl, and having no respect for the money he was making.
MONEY NEVER STAYS WHERE IT IS NOT RESPECTED! Said another way, a fool and his money......
Ladies, the rich use money to MAKE MONEY! it's really as simple as that. The poor on the other hand, use money to impress or to have fun. They never think about tomorrow, they are too busy living for the day. This is why their lives are feast and famine. They get money, celebrate and go blow it on things that lose value before they can get it off the lot. Did you know that a brand new car loses 20% of its value as you drive it off the lot!!! We never drive brand new cars. We always buy them 2-3 years old. It's ridiculous to waste money like that. If Hammer had taken the millions he blew buying a home far too large for his small family, he could have purchased a more modest mansion, and bought income property just like ice did. He could have never HAD to work again either. How you spend your money is very important because it will make or break your life........It's all about CHOICE.

Le me give you another exp. I have 2 friends. We'll call them Kim and Tina.  Years ago, they bought loved expensive sneakers. I mean the kind that cost 200.00+ a pair. Anyway they both used to spend most of their paychecks on these ridiculously priced sneakers no matter how I chided them. After a few years Kim met, and  began to date a nerdy-but wealthy white guy who expressed horror that she would pay 200+ for a pair of sneakers! He told her that only when the rich became super-rich did they spend outrageously on things, and even then it was only after they had so many assets coming into their portfolios, that they would not even feel the outgo. He suggested a simple solution. "If you really love the sneaker, why don't you buy the stock?" he suggested. And that's exactly what she did. Tina laughed like crazy at the time. She thought Kim was crazy to date a white nerd or buy stock instead of sneakers.  Today years later, Tina is no longer laughing. She works 55+ hours a week, and can't even afford to take a sick day off as the bills from all the things 'she just had to have' are eating her alive. Her husband, a handsome-but philandering bm left her with 3 kids, and a stack of bills. He's bullying her relentlessly for a divorce so he can marry some blond, and the bill collectors have cost her 2 jobs now, by continually calling her at work. She is stressed to the point of a nervous breakdown, and crying -it seems every time I see her-which is often. Kim on the other hand is happily married to the 'nerd' They own stock in many companies including the sneaker Company that financed her way through college. They live quite a lavish lifestyle. She owns an interior design company, which she loves, and they give away more to charity each year then the average American makes. And it all boiled down to the CHOICES these two women made....


Anyway ladies I wanted to give you a few tips that the millionaires and those of us who just live like them use.... Whenever I throw one in, I will call it LLM tip ( live like a millionaire tip)

If you are in dire straights and need a fast job, here are two great ways to get one.

1. Get a great Job!  Way # 1
Have a friend call one of the 'upper head- recruiter' in the field you are interested in. Have that friend mention your name and tell them that her company is trying to obtain your services because "you are the best in the field" She should act as if she wants desperately to hire you for her company, and to ask several times if they have heard of you, and how she may contact you. Now you may think this trick does not work, but I can assure you that it does. Ppl are very competitive, and the only thing  many of these recruiter types like more than getting the top ppl for their companies, is stealing top ppl and ideas from other companies. Many times after a few calls like this, the buzz will start-rumors about your performance will take a life of their own, and everyone in that field will be looking to hire you! In fact I know someone who has perpetrated this scam a few times-it really works!

2.  Get a great Job!  #2
  If you really want to be able to get your pick of the great jobs-then watch the crowd and go in the opposite direction. You should do that in life anyway, as most ppl live their whole lives in lack, so it's quite dangerous to follow them. Anyway, here is how to get a great job -2. Forget the want ads. Everyone and their mama is looking there, and fighting for those few positions with employers swamped and able to demand more and more skills while paying less and less wages. This does not bode well as all for the typical job seeker. Try this technique instead. Go have a look at the yellow pages instead. Go to the field of your choosing (provided you are qualified for it-or it Will backfire) and make a list of all the companies you might like to work for. Next get some outrageously colored LARGE postcards, and send the companies what amounts to a 'commercial' about you.

For example:    Graphic Artist Extraordinaire!
Could you use a talented, honest, hard working experienced, competent and sought after Graphic Artist? I have great references, and am available to start immediately. I can almost guarantee you a more profitable business! Call me at ------------- Or Write: 555 Main St, Anytown USA...........
This is a very effective technique because many times the ppl in the 'book' are too busy to go hunting for new help, but could definitely use some. Also it prevents you from being lost in a thousand resumes which all start to sound the same after a while. The key as with most things in life, is to stand out.I can almost guarantee you a job if you earnestly use this technique.

LLM tip 1.    How to make 150.000 + per yr as a consultant!

This is a great tip because it's so effective and easy to put into effect. Get an appt. with a company you are very interested in. (Don't bother with things or companies you are not interested in, you'll have to force yourself to 'work' and it won't be very effective. Now if you have trouble getting the right ppl on line, or are too far away -send letters. ( Use Letterhead that designates you as a consultant) Explain to them that you are ready and willing to give them great ideas about how to increase profits/make better products etc. Explain that they will only pay you on increased SALES! And that they owe you nothing if no increase takes place.  Also explain that when they no longer need your improved version, or cease to use your ideas, their pymts to you can legally cease-with no further obligation. If you send this letter to 50 companies I can almost guarantee you, some of them WILL be interested! And you can get paid for years on ideas that took you an hour or so to come up with! Always know that more gold has come from the minds of men than has EVER come from the ground!

Last LLM tip is my Fav.  How to be a Million -Dollar Real Estate Broker!

You all know how much I love Real Estate so of course this is the one I would choose if I could only pick one of these tips. It works like this:

In America there are over 1 million ppl with a real estate licence (which only cost about 500-600$) to get. However, only about half are active, and most of even the active ones are only used sporadically. IOWs most ppl in America pay for the licence and then leave it on a shelf-probably because they are too busy watching tv. Anyway, few ppl are using their licence and fewer still are dealing in high dollar properties. Most people are just not comfortable going too far out of their own income range in any area. As with anything else, to the hustler-goes the spoils....

The plan.  get your  RE licence from a reputable company. I went to Princeton school of RE, and I know it's still less than 800 to go there. You can look them up on the Internet, they have schools in many states and are considered creme de la creme. Once you obtain your lic. You will need to work as an agent for a few months depending on your state. This is a great time to get your feet wet, and make all the contacts you can. Remember also that in many other countries RE lic's take years instead of months -so consider yourself fortunate. You will find several brokers happy to have you as they don't have to pay you unless you produce. You can easily keep your regular job while showing properties in your spare time. Once your apprenticeship is over go get your broker's licence.
Begin immediately to present the illusion of wealth. Have gorgeous stationery and business cards printed. Splurge on a nice briefcase, and suit. Ladies make sure the hem of your skirt is NOT far above your knee! If you want your clothes to say sexy and sophisticated that's fine, but you don't want to look like an intelligent tramp....

Visit wealthy listed homes and give the owners your card. Let them know that you 'specialize' in wealthy homes and would like to obtain the listing when their current one expires. (Most are for 90 days) but expensive properties can take much longer to sell. Tell them you have excellent contacts and would be delighted to help them move their properties.. The going rate is still 6 percent, but even if you have one of your agents sell the property, you will still clear 30k on a million dollar home without even selling it! If you sell yourself because you are broker and selling agent you would clear 60K! Imagine doing just 4 per year! You have just made 250.000 for the year!! This is great money, and you would still get 3 percent of everything all of your agents sell!

So like I said there are too many ways to make money to count, and no one should be struggling and unhappy, but if you are, then just ask yourself what you are interested in and go for it. You have nothing to lose, and I've found that if you keep asking for something, AND putting in the work, sooner or later it Will begin to make it's way to you almost like it has a mind of it's own...-Good luck everyone...........

Saying good bye to a big beautiful angel.....

Not traditionally handsome, but def. a beautiful man, Michael Clark Dunkin accepts his awards happily. Known as the gentle giant. He was immensely talented, and a wonderful man..

I know I have not often expressed love for bm, but this is definitely an exception. This was my favorite actor of all time, even above Clint Eastwood, Viggo, and Denzel. I fell in love with this man 12 + yrs ago when I first saw him talking about how happy he was to have gotten the role on green mile. He talked about how he was crying with happiness, and when he called his family -they cried with happiness. I could feel myself falling for him before I even went to see the movie. Of course everyone knows he gave a blockbuster performance and was nominated for several awards. Two of which he won. He was a phenomenal actor, and an absolutely amazing man. My entire family has followed his career religiously, and we are completely heartbroken about his recent death. I don't think a finer man exists on this planet. He was loving, kind, compassionate, humble, generous, too talented for words and simply a beautiful human being inside and out. I also loved the way he looked with that megawatt smile and large, beautiful frame. Words cannot express how much I'm going to miss him, or how much I loved him, or how many tears I've shed since the news... My prayers are definitely with Omarosa (his fiance) and his family. I can't imagine the pain they must be in. I honestly think Michael was the finest actor of our generation, and a testament to what a beautiful man truly looks like outside and in......

He initially had a heart attack last July, but was sustained at the time by his gf. He languished in the hospital for nearly 2 months but the damage to his organs was too great, and he passed away on Labor day 9-3-12. He had planned to marry Omarosa the love of his life in early January. He was only 54 at the time of his passing, and speculation is that his large frame put undue strain on his heart. (Not sure if this is true or not)  His gf is heartbroken and is asking for privacy. They were extremely close, and he often introduced her as the "most beautiful woman in the world".......

I want y'all to think about something. A few years ago, when American Idol was new-do you remember the show? Think about the season number 2. Rubin was fantastic-Gladys nicknamed him the velvet teddy bear and he went on to win. We were all screaming with happiness, and it was soooo exciting. I thought he was adorable, and we went crazy when he won. Anyway, the next season came along Jennifer Hudson, Latoya, and Fantasia. I remember that season because Fantasia sang "give em something to talk about, and Latoya sang "All by myself" And I remember how blown away we all were at the shear talent, and incredible voices. I actually always thought although they all had beautiful voices, Latoya's was technically the most beautiful, Jennifer's was the strongest, and Fantasia's was the most unique. I just remember what incredible performances those were, and wondered who would win. At first we thought it would be between Latoya and Fantasia, but after JH belted out week end in New England. by Elton John. we were floored. Those were some of the most incredible performances I've ever seen even as of today. But the point of all this is: remember when after a fantastic night all 3were in the bottom, and everyone was stunned? I honestly feel that at that moment white America almost felt they were TOO GOOD, and really was not ready for all 3 to be the   final contenders. That was the night Simon admitted he'd made a mistake and told JH there were 2 girls in the back with a doll of her, sticking pins in it. He also said he'd make a mistake and she had proven why she deserved to be in the top 12.

Anyway, that night JH was eliminated, and we were furious. But as you can see, she did not stay down. She went on to become a big star anyway. But the point of all this is not to recap AI. We don't even watch it anymore. And the reason we don't is because after Fantasia went on to win, (right behind Rubin-thus making 2 blk winners in a row) AI changed the rules from then on. From that point on they stopped having America pick the idol, and started having the judges pick them! Now you may claim America still picks the idols but that is not true. AI now has the judges pick the TOP 12!  Then, and only then can America pick the idol FROM THIS CONTRIVED GROUP! See it used to be they would pick 36 people and put them in 4 separate groups. They groups would then have to compete and America would pick the top 3.  Two of the 3 would go on to make up the top 12. It was a much more exciting show then, because anyone could actually win. Now to me it feels like a set up with the winner already decided beforehand. We soon lost interest, and stopped watching....

But the point is: My belief is that Fox Network (whom I truly believe is quite racist) did not like the fact that 2 blk singers won in a row; hence, they simply changed the rules. They did not worry about infringing on the American Public's right to a fair and impartial competition, probably because they viewed it as their show, and felt they had the right to alter things at will. They simply changed the rules to better suit their agenda! BW MUST LEARN TO DO THE SAME THING!  If something is not working in your life-learn to change the rules to SUIT YOU! If you want to go to school, or lose weight, or better yourself in some way, and someone is trying to sabotage you- block them from your life. If someone always puts you down-refuse to be in their presence.  And if someone tries to block your relationship with a good man because of color or anything else, rebuff that nonsense and keep stepping out to a better life!  If you are a woman who has previously been NBABM sect, simply decide to exercise your options. It's all about choice. You are NEVER stuck in any place or time-unless you decide to be.  This is an example of how incredible women can be when they decide to. I know someone who had a baby at 14! She refuse to have an abortion as her family ordered her to. She went into an unwed home for young women -had her baby and continued through school. She excelled in school and obtained a  full scholarship that enabled her to take her child with her. All this time she received not a dime of financial or emotional support from the bm father (no surprise).  She graduated from college with honors and became a very high ranking attorney with only the love and support of her mother, and is today completely self sufficient, and quite affluent.  This is the power of a woman who has DECIDED to do something! More and more bw today are waking up from a dead-slumber and branching out. Looks like the memo is picking up speed as bwwm marriages are the fastest growing of all IR relationships! Who would have ever thought that would happen. And although I like to think we bloggers had alot to do with it (Esp. Evia as she started the whole thing). But I think what has given momentum to this movement, is the two-fold blessing of  you tube videos with all the lovely bw letting other bw see how their lives had improved with good-non color struck men. As well as bm putting their feet in their mouths and saying such horrible vile things about bw, that many bw were finally forced to wake up and smell the coffee, so to speak. They say the Lord works in mysterious ways....

 Anyway, the trick is to DECIDE to change the rules you have used to govern your life. Decide to do what is in your best interest and not to be a slave to old worn out ideas and beliefs. Anyone can conquer old demons if they bring them out into the light and acknowledge that they've been a hindrance an impediment to their success. It's unbelievable to me when I still hear bw spout like puppets "What about the black race! It will be bred out of existence!" or " We need to be loyal to bm!" Let me tell you something only a fool is loyal is someone who does not give a damn about them! Only a fool...
You need to be loyal to YOURSELF! You need to find men who will give you the love, support, and companionship that makes life worth living. You need to have a father for your child who will stick around and love that child regardless of whether the relationship lasts or not! And it's common knowledge who abandons their children with a vengeance in America...
For your sake, for your children's sake, learn to change your rules, and your life change will follow....
